Our Walk & Talk programme is a gentle, social walking group that meets weekly to explore local parks, footpaths, and countryside. It's the perfect way to get some fresh air, enjoy gentle exercise, and have a great chat.

Walk & Talk was set up to help combat social isolation and support mental wellbeing in our community. Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, meet new people, or simply get out of the house, this group is for you. Our friendly group leaders lead relaxed, accessible routes suitable for all fitness levels.
