1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using this website and services provided by Leftley Sports Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Community Hub Bookings

Booking Conditions: All bookings for the Community Hub must be made through our website booking form. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Payment: A deposit of £200 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due at least 14 days before your event date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event will forfeit the deposit.

Code of Conduct: Users of the facility must comply with all rules and regulations. Leftley Sports Club reserves the right to remove guests who violate these conditions without refund.

4. Minibus Hire

Rates: Minibus hire is charged at £180 per day for vehicle hire. Professional drivers are available at an additional cost of £150 per day. A refundable deposit of £500 is required to secure your booking.

Fuel: Fuel costs are charged separately based on actual usage and mileage.

Minimum Booking: The minimum booking duration is one day (£180), even for partial day usage.

Cancellation: Bookings can be cancelled up to 14 days before the trip date for a refund. Cancellations made within 14 days will forfeit the deposit.

Liability: Users are responsible for any damage to the minibus beyond normal wear and tear. Leftley Sports Club reserves the right to charge for repairs or cleaning as necessary.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on our website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

6. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Leftley Sports Club or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or our services, even if we or our authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on our website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.
