About Women's Aerobics
Our Women's Aerobics classes are a fantastic way to get fit, feel great, and enjoy an energetic workout in a supportive, women-only environment. Led by our qualified instructor, sessions are suitable for all fitness levels.
Classes include a mix of cardio, toning, and stretching exercises set to great music. Our instructor adapts every class to the needs of those in the room — so whether you're a complete beginner or a regular gym-goer, you'll be challenged at the right level. After class, many of our members head to the Community Hub for a well-earned cuppa.
